Veinist<\/strong>:
\nEnigma on erakordse karakteriga punane vein, mille on loonud vennad Maurizio ja Martino Biscardo. Tegemist on elegantse ja s\u00fcgava Appassimento-stiilis Sangiovese veiniga, mis \u00fchendab endas pehmuse, rikkalikkuse ja kaasaegse Itaalia veinistiili.<\/p>\n

Vein valmistatakse hiliss\u00fcgisel korjatud viinamarjadest, mida kuivatatakse osaliselt Appassimento meetodil. See protsess annab veinile suurema kontsentratsiooni, sametise tekstuuri ning rikkaliku marjasuse. Aeglane fermentatsioon madalatel temperatuuridel aitab s\u00e4ilitada veini elegantsi ja tasakaalu.<\/p>\n
